At Ohanime, we are committed to delivering your beloved anime figures to your doorstep promptly and efficiently. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand our shipping procedures, costs, and important information regarding your orders.

1. Shipping Methods​

  • Ohanime currently offers free delivery within Christchurch, New Zealand. We do not offer pickups in the meantime.

  • We only offer international shipping on APPAREL orders.

2. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are determined based on the destination.

  • The shipping costs will be presented to you during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

  • Any excess shipping costs will be automatically refunded to you.

 

3. Shipping Timeframes:

  • For In-stock items, shipping usually takes 3-7 business days from the date of processing. This duration may vary depending on your location. We do our best to ensure swift and efficient delivery.

  • For items available for Pre-order, we provide estimated shipping times in the product description. These estimates are based on information provided by our suppliers and may be subject to change. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes to the estimated shipping date.

  • The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the chosen shipping method.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

4. Processing Time:

  • We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing time may be extended during peak periods or for pre-order items.

 

5. Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

 

6. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

7. Multiple Items:

  • If your order includes multiple items with different release dates, you have the option to consolidate the shipments to save on shipping costs. Contact our customer support team for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Ohanime. We strive to provide you with the best products and services. Please read and understand our Cancellations and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing products from our website, you agree to abide by this policy.

1. Cancellation of Orders

  • We only do cancellation and refund on IN-STOCK items

  • You may cancel your order for standard items (in-stock items) within 24 hours of placing the order without incurring any cancellation fees. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team.

 

2. Refunds

  • In the event that an item is out of stock in the warehouse after your order is placed, you will receive an email notification and a full refund will be issued.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.

3. Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To start a return, you can contact us via the contact us page If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

  • You can always contact us for any return related questions.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4. Exceptions

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. By pre-ordering a product, you acknowledge and agree that pre-orders are final, and no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.

  • Certain items, such as digital downloads or personalized/customized figures, may not be eligible for cancellation or refunds. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated on the product page.

5. Damaged and Defective Items

  • We acknowledge that occasionally, items may become damaged during transit or have manufacturing defects that affect their usability. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

    • Immediate Contact: Contact our support team immediately upon receiving the damaged or defective item. You can reach us on our email info@ohanime.co.nz

    • Provide Evidence: To facilitate the resolution process, please provide clear photos or a video of the damaged or defective item, including the packaging it arrived in.

    • Support Team Assistance: Our professional support team will review the evidence and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • We cannot guarantee that every piece will be perfect. If your statue does arrive with defects or damage, please contact us on our email info@ohanime.co.nz immediately with photos and details of the problem.​

  • We will contact the studio on your behalf to see if replacement parts are available. Please note this does not guarantee you will receive replacement parts.
