1. Pre-Order Availability:

• Pre-orders will be available for select anime figures that have been announced by manufacturers and suppliers. We will provide detailed information about each pre-order, including release dates and estimated arrival times.

 

2. Placing a Pre-Order:

• To place a pre-order, you must have an active account on our website.

• Select the desired figure(s) and add them to your cart.

• During the checkout process, you will be prompted to make a payment for the pre-order. Payment methods accepted will be clearly indicated.

• By completing the pre-order process and making payment, you agree to abide by our Pre-Order Policy.

3. Payment Plan:

• For certain pre-order items, we offer a payment plan option to make it more convenient for you to secure your desired collectibles. Here's how it works:

  • Deposit: A deposit of 40% of your chosen item price is required at the time of purchase.

  • Payment Schedule:

    • Once the order arrives in our warehouse in New Zealand, we will send an invoice or request a payment for the remaining balance.

  • If you do not have a PayPal account, we can send the invoice via email with a reference number. Please contact our support team for assistance in this case.

  • Your pre-order will be considered confirmed once the deposit is paid, and we will begin processing your order accordingly.

  • You will have 10 business days to settle the remaining balance. If the balance is not settled within this period, we will consider it as a no claim, and your pre-order will be forfeited. No refund will be issued.

4. Payment and Pricing:

• The price of the figure during the pre-order period is subject to change based on the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) and any fluctuations in exchange rates.

• You will be charged the pre-order price at the time of checkout.

• Shipping fees will be calculated separately and added to your total.

 

4. Release Dates:

• Pre-order products will have estimated release dates provided by the manufacturer. Please note that release dates are subject to change and delays can occur. We will make every effort to keep you updated on any changes.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

• Pre-orders can be canceled but the deposit is non-refundable.

 

6. Delays and Product Availability:

• In the event of a delay or unavailability of a pre-ordered product, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to either wait for the product to become available or request a refund.

 

7. Order Consolidation:

• If you pre-order multiple figures with different release dates, you may choose to consolidate the shipments to save on shipping costs. Contact our customer support team for assistance.

9. Limited Stock:

• Pre-orders are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that we will have additional stock available after the pre-order period ends.
